For New Customers: 30-Day Easy Returns

With our no-hassle, no-questions-asked 30-day Return Policy, you can sample our range of caffeinated flavored waters with confidence. Stock up on your favorite flavors and give them a shot. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us know and we’ll provide you with an exchange, store credit, or a full refund as long as you file your claim within 30 days. 


Faulty, Damaged, Or Incorrect Items?

If you’ve received a broken bottle, a case that just doesn’t taste right, or the wrong product altogether, we’d be happy to help. 

If you have received something other than what you’ve ordered, or if a product is damaged on delivery, shoot us a note within 30 days of your purchase and we will take care of the situation for you. Our team will review your case (please make sure you send a photo of your goods, along with the order number/invoice) and ensure that you receive a satisfactory result.


How To File A Damaged/Missing/Wrong Order Claim:

Simply snap a photo of your order and send us a messeage along with the order number. From there, our team will begin processing your new order within 15 business days absolutely free of charge.
